My recent stay was pretty good, despite a few hiccups. The staff were consistently amazing, making up for some minor issues with the room and breakfast.

The room itself was fine; clean and quiet at night. It had a very large flat TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and very good wifi. However, one review mentioned stained and sticky carpets, and another described cigarette burns on bedding and a urine smell from the comforter in a different room. My room thankfully avoided these problems.
